Readers Rigs problem

I set up a gallery for readers rigs and can't get pictures to upload to it. I've resized the pics down to 151000 bytes. I get a: File upload error: none. There is the "hourglass" that is on for awhile like I am uploading pictures but none are displayed.

Uploads to the readers rigs section is limited to 122,800 bytes so your file is too large. Right under the upload button there is this note:

Maximum image file size is 122800 bytes

Try using your photo software and save it in a jpeg mode with compression. Usually setting a quality level of 5 you won't lose any noticeable resolution and the file size will go way down.

I must be missing something. 151,000 is less than 122,800. But, I'll try making the photos smaller.

I reduced the pics down to 640x480 which put them about 45-51 Kb's and managed to get them loaded.
