Readers' Rigs query?

I checked the FAQs but didn't find the answer ..... I need a couple of hints on how I can access the personal area of the readers' Rigs section, so I can modify/update the text info/details and secondly start putting some pics in the gallery. Any other suggestions on picture sizing and dimensions to forestall server messages saying files are too big etcetera would be appreciated.

Click on the reader's rig button at the top of the page. Then click on "Manage your gallery".
