Just took my Saturn in for an oil change and had a couple of other things that needed to be looked at. There was a "service engine soon" light that was on plus one of the high brake light bulbs was burned out.
Not only did they provide a FREE loaner car (top-of-the-line model, not a junker) but they replaced the burned out bulb for FREE! Just part of their bumper-to-bumber warranty service. They also diagnosed a problem with a emision sensor and that was cheerfully replaced under warranty.
Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and went out of their way to help me.
As always, they also washed the car and put on tire dressing at no extra charge.
Yes, there is an American car company that trully cares about service. Dodge could take a lesson from Saturn.
