real street drags great lakes drag way

Hey the last real street drags at great lakes drag way are this weekend saturday the 23rd. I will be there witha bunch of friends with diesels if any one wants to come on down for somw friendly drag racing. Oo.

Were you up at GLD for the DHRA show? If you were, would have liked to meet ya up there cause we are practically neighbors seeing that I'm in Wauconda's sister town of Island Lake. If you ever see a LWB Intense Blue CTD fueling up on Bonner check to see if its me. Maybe we can meet up some day and talk diesel stuff... .



Would like to head up again to GLD but unfortunately honey dos for my wife and her sister are requiring my assisitance this w/e

I live in island lake also. I saw you this weekend while I was in my buddys new truck (99 QC 2500 Red SB) and you were pulling out of Portens Sub. Small world

Had to be me on one of many trips back and forth to the sis-in-laws... I sometimes hate doing projects away from home cause I always need another tool that I left at home... ...



If your in Island Lake how come you have Wauconda listed? I would guess maybe to avoid the "where is Island Lake?", as I always answer "by Wauconda" and if that doesn't work "by Crystal lake".



BTW... you got a TDR sticker on? I'll be looking for ya!!!

Yeah I have Wauconda Listed to avoid that question. Yeah I have a TDR and a DHRA sticker on the back window of my Black 97'. We have quite a few friends in the Wauconda area with CTDs. Mine, and about 5 trucks altogether. I live about a block away from the cop shop in Island Lake, I will keep an eye open for your truck.
