Bear downs 36 beers, passes out at campground

Alright well here is the situation im going threw now. NOT GOOD AT ALL. .

Ok my buddy started dating this girl. Everything was ok, whatever. Well one day were we all usually hang out (about 15 guys, girls are around alot) we were all in my friends garage watching tv. Well all of a sudden we hear a loud noise and ran outside to see what happen... Turns out my buddy has a huge dent in his side of his car and there is a brick on the ground  Weve had problems with people before but everything has been ok for quite a while now. . So my friend was really ****** about this. . well his girlfriends friends came over and told us it was my buddys g/f's ex boyfriend who did it. . So now we were all real ****** off about this... There is nothing more "cheap" that screwing with someones car. This kid is a POS cokehead loser who bricked my friends car. That was the first incident. . police were called couldnt do ANYTHING. . So a few weeks later my friend came home to a brick in his driving seat which came threw the windsheild! Guess who it was again... OK so this weekend we were at my girlfriends house and we decided to through a big party 80 - 100 people. . Good time and all untill someone came out from the front and said there were a whole bunch of cars screwed up! I ran out there and checked what was messed up. . (thank god i didnt drive there) and my one buddy who got the brick thrown at his car was hit with a baseball bat and 2 other cars were smashed up! My buddy went nuts and went and chased the kid down and they fought. . He denied it but we all know it was him. . So after all this now yesturday a friend calls me up and said 2 kids in a car pulled in front of him threw it in park. . one came out with a big mag-light and one came out with his sweater and it had something in it. . He got away from it but this situation is getting worse and worse. . I talked to my friends and said this has to stop. . We all have good futures ahead of us and they are all a bunch of cokehead losers... Im 1) worried that my truck is going to get a brick threw it or 2) im going to get jumped... I was thinking about keeping somehting in my truck just incase someone trys to get me but i really dont know what else to do...

you work at a machine shop, I am sure you can make something nice and handy on a lathe to knock up side there heads, or you should try setting these guys up and get it in camera or video. If the law doesnt step in after catching them red handed, i guess they need a good old country asswhooping. Do you have a alarm on your truck? not that it will help but may scare them away before they can do to much damage.

Well to be honest i will not make something at my work to fight someone with... But i was thinking about going to a local place and buying a nice pipe just incase... Its different these days. These guys dont fight with fists... Its either something like a mag-light or a gun...

perhaps a . 45 would work better then? Pretty messed up f'n with someone's car. Remember the guys in florida that killed 6 people over an X-Box? That outta plant some seed in some coke head, watch yourself bud.

Sounds to me like your friend should have parked his car on the one carrying the "sweater with something in it". At least you wouldn't be worrying about that one anymore.

Seriously though, establish a pattern of reports with the police about these guys, that way there will be a history for the police to go look at.

Remember, the police are only going to be around to clean up the mess, YOU are responsible for your OWN safety. Take whatever steps you think are necessary to protect yourself.

Mike

Watch yourself dood. Only use force if you have to. I'd report EVERYTHING that has happened. That way if something seriously messed up happens... your covered. If they come at you when your in your truck... . The truck is replaceable. I don't recommend hitting the person, but if they are on Coke... . there is no safe conduct. I've talked to cops that have Tazed someone 3 or 4 times and JUST dropped them! If you know a cop pull him/her aside and talk to that person one on one.

Or go one better..... Since you and your friends have had property damage... get a restraining order against him. Enough people get them... he may not be able to go to McDonalds cause one of you is there. He does... 911 on speed dial... easy pickins for cops.

Josh

Above all else, be sure to keep your head. This sounds stupid and ugly, but I really don't mean it that way: If they are vandalous idiot drug addicts, that doesn't give you licence to seek vengance. Let me explain that a little... What I mean is that the more that you keep your cool, the more the authorities will be able (and willing) to assist. I know how I would have and have felt in the past when someone trashes my ride. Getting mad, and doing something that made me feel good at the time (like beating them bloody) won't do you any good in the long run in a case like this. Best thing you can do is not put yourself in the position to have to fight with theese people, and continue to document crimes with the police.

If need be, I'll fight... matter of fact, I like a good fight... but this type of aggrevated pre-meditated behavior is not something you want to get in the middle of. YOu have to pick your battles, ride this one out, stay in the right. Don't give them reason to point the finger back at you. It's easy to say, but stay in the right and you'll come out on top. You've a big 'ol feller, don't allow yourself or your friends do something crazy like split one of these moron's skulls. Try and find witnesses to some of the acts that have already occourred. Take them to civil court if you can gather enough evidence. Even if the police can't arrest them and prosecute them in criminal court, you can still drag them into civil court. The mere threat of that may be enough to subdue them.

Good luck man,

Andy

Get a pipe but wrap a newspaper around it. If you have to go to battle the witnesses will testify to you beating him with a wrapped up newspaper.

After you're done get rid of the pipe.

Or get a motion detector hooked up to a video camera and nail em that way.

Wasp Spray

Works better than pepper spray on large dogs. It should work great on idiots. The" newspiper " idea is great. I was gonna suggest Brass Knuckles , but the pipe is better. You sure lead an entertaining life. Between the xgf & these new imbeciles, you have some interesting playmates. I must be getting old. DK.

what a great thread, you can almost guess what state people are from by the answers :)

I'm not saying this is what you should do, but it took me four trips to my state capital to register my truck and it sort of left me thinking like this when I left... .

If you machine something up in the shop it must be less then 16oz or it is considered a deadly object. That is why mag lights are cool, especially the 5d cell model. You always have a reason to have a flashlight/tool around. If you know an electrician that can get you some scrap 750's around 2 feet long. You could probably carry a few of those under the seat and say they are going to the scrapyard.

Since we all have diesels here you'll need a gasser to show up so you attach a sparkplug lead to his nipples... . I also hear making them stand in frigid water while shoveling shaved ice upon their nakedness during the "question and answer period" works. You may also try "microwave with the broken off door and jammed in safety switch over the head" trick. I think that after the first few seconds on "high", you'll have that person eating out of your hand. And the best part, the latter two won't leave marks Oo.

Well seeing as how you live in the most firearm unfriendly city in the U. S. A.

I would suggest a large maglight like someone esle suggested. Or go down to one of the trucks stops and pickup one of the little baseball bats used for checking tires on semi's. These also have a lead weight in the big end. If asked about it. You use it to check your tires.

1. Be prepared to protect yourself.

2. Don't go looking for trouble.

3. Hang out somewhere else for a while?

women... . they get you in trouble time after time after time... ... :D

It is perfectly legal to carry a dry chem fire extinguisher. A good blast in the face at short range will cause a person to change their mind about what they were doing.

I've been on the receiving end of psycopaths before. It can get ugly. But the last one that screwed with me is still in jail! And I didn't put him there! :-laf

You have some important things on your side. Their crazy behavior will keep getting worse and more criminal because to their feeble little minds it is seeming to them like they are getting away with all this crap. This makes them bolder and stupider. This CAN be good for you if you can avoid jumping the gun. Sooner or later they WILL get caught and then you can prosecute if you can collect some evidence. I ditto the use of a video camera.

It is also true that these people are great cowards. An even match scares them. Standing up to them scares them. Beating the **** out of them scares them!

And remember, you and your friends are not the only enemies they have made. Maybe somebody else will take them out for you!

No lie - The local "Godfather" where I grew up took me in his Limo after watching me stop a would be robbery attempt and told me it would been a lot less bloody if I had wacked him ... that's right folks ... with a pipe wrapped in the local rag.

The Wall Street Journal or the Washington Times would be an especially nice touch.

My personal weapon, tried, and true is a pair of fence pliers. Here in Texas, from what I understand it is illegal to have them in your truck, but I really dont care. One side is a hammer, the other side is a point for pulling staples out of fence posts. I had it out with some idiot one time, and the fence pliers look quite intimidating and work just as well... Axe handles also work quite well. . All you need to do, is drill out one end with about 3/8-½" drill bit, and fill it with a decent weighted steel dowel... Good luck to ya!!

Also, you may want to look into a locking gas cap... Just a word of advice before you start a war. .

Bottom half of a two piece pool cue works pretty good.

Just remember that if the tables get turned in the scuffle, your weapon of choice can easily become their weapon of choice! Be smart, prepared, and think faster than the other guy.

An old Texas truism - "Never take a knife to a gunfight. " Translation - the weapon of choice depends on what you'll be facing.

On edit - this saying also applies to drag racing, trailer towing, sled pulling and a lot of other stuff.

Ask your Dad to get you a paintball gun?

Get a little "party air horn" it's about 4" tall and 1. 5" round. Non-Refillable air canister. Less than $10.

Video surveliance would be great.

Your Dad has some spare cash, or atleast your Grandpa does? Hire a Private I. Have the P. I. follow the kid around keeping video surveliance and catch him red handed twice, and take him, (and parents?) to court.

If you take just the kid, that'll scare him, but if you make his parents loose a couple days of work each,, some type of recourse will most likely happen at home.
