Where can I find a troubleshooting guide for Rear ABS brakes on a 98 2500 Ram ??

I'm supposed to have that on my 01 but the rear tires will lock up. I don't have any ABS system on the front, it was the last year as an option and I don't mind not having it. Saved a few $'s

My 98 has rear ABS and is apparently NOT working since the rear wheels will lock up.

Locking up the rear wheels on icy roads is NOT cool!

Can someone help me diagnose my rear ABS PLEASE ??
