2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Rear axel speedy sleeve #

The shop working on my 2001 3500 4wd duley can not find the part number for a speedy sleeve to "hopefully" cure my rear axel seal leak.

Other threads have indicated p# 99287 or p# 99253 anyone know if either of these are correct ?

Hello Sir

There are different size axles out there. You can download the speedy-sleeve catalog and it will tell how to measure the shaft with a pair of calipers. Analog (scale-type) or digital. I use these sleeves on any vechile for many applications. They come in SAE or metric size and other companies make these also. Good luck

on my 96 it was Speedi-Sleeve® 99287.
