Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) rear axle drum to disc brake swap....

I've got a 98. 5 24v 5spd, mostly stock waiting for the weather to warm up so I can do the clutch and injectors. My rear ABS light came on, so I adjusted the rear brakes up and its still on. Read the posts about the speed sensor being bad, will check that out. I was going to install a locker in the rear, but when I adujusted the brakes I noticed they were getting a little thin and I getting some weeping from the axle seals. So, I was thinking about doing an entire axle swap for one with a posi and factory disc setup. Has anyone done this yet??? What about the rear ABS and brake valve , master cylinder, parking brake cables. any info would be great. Haven't hit the friendly parts dealer yet.
