2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Rear brake adjustment

I've looked for an adjustment screw/starwheel to manually adjust my drum brakes but can't find anything/any place on the rear brakes or drum to do this? Any help would be appreciated.

Look at the bottom of the backing plate. There should be an oval shaped rubber plug. The star wheel is under the plug.
