Rear brake propotioning valve

Has anyone bypassed the proportioning valve for better braking when pulling a trailer?

I posted where I modified the proportioning valve to offset using my Airlift airbags while towing my 15K lb 5th wheel with 2,800 Lb pin weight. I lengthened the rod 1. 5" to make up the difference. Brakes worked better. Worked real good running empty as well.



Aux suspension companies should offer an adjustable extension to allow use of rear brakes whit lifted suspension.
