2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Rear brake swap

Is it possible to swap the factory disc brake setup with emergency brakes from a 2001. 5 Dana 70 to a 98-01 Dana 80 that has drums on it? I want to do a rear axle swap but don't want to lose my rear discs or my ABS. I'm hoping to get the swap done before I grenade my rear differential... . :-laf :-laf :-laf
