:{ My trailer got away today and I ended up with a small ding in the rear bumper (trailer was a lot worse). What are my options, and the $$$ involved to replace with an aftermarket or a stock unit? It my be repairable, but would probably be tough to make look as good as new. All in all very lucky that a lot of damage wasn't done. Thanks, Doc

I had a trailer come off mine too. To get the sport package rear bumper with primer only was 350 I think. The one I'm looking the hardest at is the Buckstop rear bumper. This one comes painted (I think powdercoat) and adds additional back up lamps.

Don't need the hitch. Checked two places today here in Spudville. Body shop was 500 and speed shop was 400 for the stocker. Still pondering. If someone has one close to ID, I'm interested. Anyone know how much the buckstop is? Thanks, Doc

I am in the same prediciment. Here is what i have found so far.

Buckstop- Looks great at a good price.

Trailready- EXACTLY the same as buckstop only over a $100 more

Road armor-A little to pricey and it replaces the factory hitch

Reunel-Kind of pricey, Good if you need a class 5 Hitch, not really my taste

FabFours- Good looking bumper, not to expensive, like the avalanche style steps cut outs, BUT NO BACKUP LIGHTS.

I e-mailed buckstop and they said they could do the the steps for an additional $125. so i am deciding how i like it.

I bought a bumper from the e-bay seller listed above. Awesome packaging, fast shipping, and a great deal on a factory mopar bumper. Mike :)

See TDR50, p. 97 for my stainless Reunel rear bumper/winch combo. Very strong, looks great too. Can get a 15,000 lb bolt on receiver hitch, or 20,000 lb welded in hitch if you aren't going to use a winch. www.reunel.com
