Hello folks, 2016 3500 Tradesman, full 8' bed. I think I've backed into shrubbery a time or two and knocked loose a couple of the parking sensors in the rear bumper. One has the grommet or bushing still attached, the other is missing that piece. Where can I find a replacement mounting grommet, I'll call it. Is there a way to fasten them with silicone sealer or such ? I have to be more particular about backing into the greenery, obviously.

Next question is a tire dealer in southeast South Carolina, say in an area bounded by Savannah, Ga., up to Charleston, SC, and west to Columbia, SC. I live near the middle of that triangle. Any recommendations ?

Thanks

Steve in SC

I am curious if the park sensors are warning about the bushes about to be backed into. I found them quite sensitive, but never tried them really dirty.

The sensors do tell me I'm close but obviously I'm too close. It might be they don't pick up the cut end of a branch, or I'm too dense to pay enough attention.

Topzide, thanks for that link, sure appreciate it. My google shopping skills are like my parking skills, under developed.

@magothy1, you're very welcome. I know what a PITA it is to find what you need! Small items are difficult for the sensors to pickup. I had a training lesson with the Misses when i added a backup camera on her car. Showed her what the colored lines meant for distance. After the training, she's trusting it more and more! Hope you'll be able to enjoy the Memorial Weekend with family and friends! Already did my good deed for the weekend by getting a veterans flag pole back up before this weekend for him to be able to fly his new flags that his wife bought him. Thanks to all those serving and have served! God Bless them for their sacrifice and their families sacrifice!!!!
