Rear bumper ??

Does any one know if a 2nd gen rear bumper will fit a 3rd gen? Could some one tell me the width of the frame on there 3rd gen from out side frame rail to out side frame rail?

I have a complete 3rd generation rear bumper and reciever hitch off my '03 for sale. I took them off when I installed a flatbed. They are in near perfect condition and are complete with hardware. I also have the B-W "turnover ball" gooseneck hitch from my '03 and the complete front bumper with brackets. PM me if you are interested.

did anyone find out about the 2nd gen fiting a 3rd gen i want to put my fab fours bumper off my o6 onto my 98. i can weld and do minor fab work. does anyone know how hard or the fram mount differences. thanks
