Rear Chrome Bumper bluing

On the exhaust my dumper is bluing. It's a stock exhaust, about eight inches from the bumper. Is this happening to any one else

Mine is a bit... . I haven't looked lately, I just figured it was getting "dingy" from the soot in the exhaust. I guess I should wash it to find out for sure.

Your dumper is bluing :--) Sorry i couldn't help myself. The bluing is from the exhaust, some polish and it will come right off.

Bluing of a crome finish is typicaly due to high temperature.

Get the Mopar chrome extension (or equivalent) and it will be gone forever. The blue should clean right up with wax.

Bluing Bumper

Thank you gentleman, I bought an extender tip and with a little polish the blue came right off. I guess I over reacted, because when I see blue on the pipes of my motorcycle, they stay blue.

It's not really bluing in the traditional sense of the word, just exhaust fumes. It waxes off easily.
