Are the rear clearance light under the tailgate to have the rubber grommet like the ones on the dually fender?

Also, does anyone know the correct location/spacing to drill the holes to mount the lights? Thanks again,

Robert

I do know they lie flat on the tailgate, cant answer the second question. Hafta ask someone with a dually tailgate.

No gromets on the tailgate. The gromet fits the curve of the fender.

Using the exact middle of the lights as the point of reference, the center light is of course in the center (left to right) on the tail gate. The two on each side of that are seven and a half inches from the center light, again using the center of all three as reference. The two on each side are four inches in from the edge, still using the center of the light as reference. There is about 3/16 of an inch of paint showing below each light.

But I took mine off. They just add electrical load to the already overloaded light switch. I have seen that some are using the LED lights that use less current.

Thanks guys!! That is exactly what I needed to know. Also good to know that the lights go ON the tailgate and not below it! Thanks,

Robert
