Hello all, I am looking for replacement disk brake rotors for the rear of my '98.5 Club Cab 4x2. It has the Dana 70 axle and I converted to disk brakes several years ago using the Blackhawk kit (now out of business). I have one rotor that's visibly warped and I've been through 3 sets of pads so time for a refresh.

I called EGR and they said the rotors should have a number or ID stamped on them and could get replacements at an auto parts store, but I looked and don't see any sort of identifier.

I measure them and they are right at 13" diameter, and overall height (total width) is 3-9/16"

If possible, I would like to find slotted ones.

I checked older GM, Ford and Dodge truck front rotor specs but none match. Ford is the closest (1997 and older) but overall height comes up short by about 1/2". I heard older GMs like Chevy C 20 pickup, but those have studs installed in them...totally different. The disk brake conversion style of course are free rotor that slides over the studs.

Thanks all.

Sorry Vaughn, I don’t have a good idea for you but here goes; get one of your old rotors and go through all of the 13” rotors at every auto parts store you can find. That OR it’s time to drop some coin on an EGR set and hopefully they don’t go out of business!

I did the EGR disk kit on my 98 12V. It was better than the Drums but the parking brake set up has so-so.

To do it over I would have spent the $$$ on a rear disk axle from an 01-02.

Thanks Guys. I am in touch with TSM Manufacturing and they are helping me out, they sell conversions too https://www.tsmmfg.net/

I would have preferred to do the axle swap, and maybe I should think about that. But one thing to be aware of is Dodge (Dana) changed the axle specs and starting 2000 they are at least an inch wider, so with a 2wd it might be noticeable that the rear tires stick out a little more than the fronts.

Forget what conversion kit I used with mine, but remember the parts they used:
76 Eldorado calipers (went with e-brake)
The rotors were from GMC 2500.
You should be able to take one to NAPA and they could measure diameter, back of rotor brake to inside axle surfaces and 8x? stud inches, thickness of back to front brake pad area of rotor and help
