Tim, there are 10 or so plastic clips that pop off around the edge and I believe one in the middle. A door panel removal tool is useful here to try and save the clips and the panel it's self, most parts stores have them for $6-7.

You can make a tool from a kitchen knife grind or cut off end of blade flat cut or grind a slot in middle of flat about 1/8 in wide and 1/2 long . insert end under door cover locate one plastic fastener in corner wiggle and pry up to release plug while pulling out on panel after one is out rest come easy ,the plugs can be used over most times ,home depot has them a lot cheaper than The Stealer's. If I remember correctly there is also a screw up by the mirror area and two in armrest plastic pull . You can use most any Old scrap metal or plastic to make a tool to do as above. one more screw

There is a screw near the pull handle to remove also, on the rear q-cab inner door panels torqx head. Be carefull you can break the door panel where the xmas trees sit.
