I come up with a UJ-358BF or a UJ-358.

Ram 2500/3500 are the only pickups on the application list... everything else is 4500 and larger

Go to the site, it's pretty easy to navigate. The hard part is figuring what you need when they show 4-6 choices without having the thing torn down and be able to take measurement with a dial caliper.
