2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Rear end leaking

Was outside today and noticed some oil residue on the frame above the right rear tire. There is also some of the same stuff on the hub. I think it has been leaking for a while being that some of the residue has built up on the bottom of the hub. I'm guessing the rear axle seal is leaking or something else. Any suggestions are appreciated, thanks.

Probably the seal. I just changed mine when I did the rear brakes. (drum). It was easy to change and the seal was under $10 if I remember right.
