Rear leaf sprill spacers

I was thinking about putting a 2" spacer block on the rear of my 04 3500 DRW to raise the rear. The question I have the 2 blocks that are between the axle and leaf springs are they bolted to the leaf spring?

The spacers you havenow are bolted to the spring. I would not consider using any blocks on the 3rd gen,it is asking for wheel hop.
