Rear seat removal

Can you remove the seat without removing the piece that makes the floor flat?

Going to be living out of the truck this summer and want a little more room. Found a air mattress that fits back there pretty good. Hoping for the same comfort as in my 96 stroke.

Looks like it is possible. Will give about 6" of additional sleeping area.
