Hi,
1995 2500 TDR pretty much stock with the Rear Spring Clamp bolts rusted to much to continue use.
I need 4 Spring Clamp bolts. These Spring Clamp Bolts are 3" on the inside (spring width?) and 12-1/2" to 13 " from the spring seat to the end of the bolt.(Is this a stock length or has somebody put in a lift kit??)
Is Dodge the only place to get these.

I replaced mine ('01) with 5/8" from this outfit: http://www.stengelbros.com/ the reason it is longer than stock was because I added a spacer to the overloads, but they have any size you want. The oem seemed tiny, like 1/2" with 9/16 thread. If you go 5/8" you will need to drill the bottom clamp, but it is soft and easy.

I think the oem is 3" wide, I bought 3 1/16" wide to make up the 5/8" v/s 9/16" or whatever MM they are.

Many aftermarket spring U bolts are softer grade steel and won't take the torque that stock bolts will, even though they are larger diameter. Be sure to get grade 5, or better grade 8, steel u bolts. You can find suppliers on the internet such as sdtrucksprings and autoandtrucksprings who have flat top and round top bolts of virtually any length.
