Well I got them in. Left side was a PIA to get the nuts to come off. I started out and after about 10 minutes tightening and loosening the nut with the old IR impact I figured the nut or bolt was striped. So off to the dealer to pick up new ones, he only had 2 bolts in stock and 4 nuts. The left side nuts eventually freed up and the bolts came out really easily only about an hour or so, then 10 minutes to wire wheel the bolts, slather them in copper anti-seize, install and torque the new part in. Figured that went well and decided to tackle the right side Sunday. OMG the bottom nut zinged right off, but the bolt was another story. Die grinder down the bolt head so it would be able to be driven thru the shackle = ain't happening. Then the sawzall on the bolt where it came thru the bottom shackle so I could lower the bed/raise the spring to play "fun and games" with the top bolt - on the spring end. That one was a bit of a challenge but nothing like the bottom one. I had to get a pair of vice grips on the nut and then use a 12m, or 13m? socket on the impact. After a few cycles the nut spun right off and out came the bolt. Used the two new bolts and nuts, of course fully slathered with anti-seize and done. All totaled Sunday I must have spent at least 4 hours screwing with two bolts! If I only had a hot wrench . . . Hmmmm, next tool I need = Yes!
