I have 70K on my '06 2500ctd and had a driveline vibration. Took it to a buddy's shop and racked it. Bad ujoint at rear diff. NAPA didn't list a part #, so I called the dealer. $90 per ujoint or $180 for the pair for the rear shaft.

Seemed pricey as I thought they were 1410 series I put in my CTD Humvee.

Took driveshaft to Columbus Joint and Clutch (Columbus, OH)

While I went and had a beer and burger for lunch, they installed 2 - 5-801x Spicers (1410 series) for 29. 94 each + $4 labor each. Total bill 67. 88 for front and rear installed. Yeah, the rear of the pair wears faster, but at that price I might as well do both.

Back on the truck, belly is full, vibration gone.

Anyway, that's the part # and it seems I bought spares when they made my Humvee's driveshafts for around $15 each. of course they made their $$ on the 2 shafts. Anyway - that's the part #.
