Rear window defogger

Have any one that has a 2003 get the rear window defogger? If so did it come standard if you don't get the rear sliding window? If not what is the code for it? Thanks for helping me out.

Is it a forced air type or a wire-in-the-glass type?

The new specs on the Canadian Dodge website show one available but only with fixed rear glass. It also indicates late availablity. I would assume it would be the resistive wire type like cars have. I think the Cheby has is as an option too. Certainly was not available when I ordered mine, but I wanted the sliding rear window anyway which came standard in the Laramie package.
