Has anyone else had a problem with the rear window, possibly the sliding window, leaking? If so, were you able to correct it? Yesterday we had some rather nasty weather here. It had rained all day and into the evening. I went to get a jacket out of the back of my truck (it was laying on the seat in the center) and I noticed that it and the top of the back seat on the driver's side were wet. I check the slider and the rear windows to make sure that they were shut and they were. It was also fairly damp on the small ledge behind the rear seat back at the bottom of the window. As it was still raining and blowing, I covered it with a towel and hoped for the best. Today I went out and checked it over pretty good. The roof liner was not wet, so I believe that the top of the rear window is sealed. It was only damp at the seat. This leads me to believe it may be the sliding window that is leaking. My wife says that her '04 does the same thing and she believes the sliding window is to blame. If anyone has any insight into this I'd sure appreciate it! Thanks!

Check the gasket on your roof brake light... . Same thing happened to me and it drove me nuts! Pull the lens cap off and rub your finger on the gasket... . If it is holding water like a spnoge, you need to change the gasket.

The weekend before I discovered the leak, I had to change the bulb for the roof mounted brake light. When I was checking for the leak, I thought of that and pulled it off again to see if that might have been the problem. Everything seemed to be dry behind the light, though I did not thoroughly check the gasket. We had some more rain last night though, so I'm going to pull it and check it again.
