Lucas Oil Diesel Deep Clean

Snake Oil that seemed perform as advertised.....

Just a question about use of Rec 90 octane fuel, its still unleaded but with NO ETHANOL. I filled up the Massey Fergoson and ran it all day seemed to run fine MAYBE better but thats just wishful thinking. I haven't yet tried it in my more modern handheld equipment like the sthil combo, Shidaiwa weed eater, Chainsaws, and zero turn mower. Was able to get it in MT but for some reason never gave it much thought.

Anyone used long term and have an opinion either way?

I've been using Shell Rec 90 Fuel in an old Cub cadet, Stihl handhelds, push lawn mowers and vintage motorcycles. Amazed with the improvement in performance and storage without fuel additives over the winter with success. It works and anything l have used the Rec 90 in runs better and is more efficient too! Great stuff and wish it was more available.

If you do a search for www.pure-gas.org you can find out where the stations are located in your area. We are getting more of this fuel in our area now, because of demand.

I used non ethanol fuel in my mg. Ran alot better than reg gas, more power, and better mileage. I also ran it in my 93 chrysler, same experience (would barely run on reg). My lawn mower and both generators both run much more smoothly on non ethanol than reg. The only downside is that it is typically more expensive. Oh, and I would sometimes run it in my buick. Got a couple of mpg bettern than on reg.

I get my fuel from Dillon Oil Service in Dillon, SC. He has pure diesel, ethanol and pure 87 regular, pure 93 high test, racing gas, and maybe av gas. The owner is serious about keeping fuel clean and water free. My 2 cycle mix is a gallon of reg, a gallon of high test, and a 2 gal size bottle of Shindaiwa (now Echo) 2 cycle mix that has a stablizer. My Husqvarna, Kawasaki, Shindaiwa equipment has been/is trouble free, as far as fuel issues go. My oldest is a Shindaiwa 500 saw I bought after Hurricane Hugo in 1989, and it still is like new and it has been USED! It will sometimes , though, crank up and run backward! I mix about 3 gal pure regular and 2 high test for my Kaw powered mowers, '89 GMC S15 and 74 C60 Chevrolet, including my now seldom used 1985 John Deere 165 mower. I am a true disliker of ethanol, especially in anything that has periods of not being used! So, that Ron 90 sounds close to my brew and a real winner.

Use it in my outboard, lawn mower, four wheeler s and all my two cycle yard and chainsaw equipment. Saves having to rebuild or replace the fuel lines and carburetors every six months. The refinery have a little more leeway now on the ethanol content. bg
