TurboD, It's funny (to me) that you asked about EGT's because it was something that I considered wouldn't change much. I found myself thumping on my gague to make sure it was right while enjoying the "new" sound the PSA provided. #ad
I was surprised to see that my EGT's were lowered 100-150 deg (post turbo) unloaded and 150-175 deg loaded (pulling 8K). Yes, I made a risky excuse on Easter to take my trailer to work just to see if there was a diff loaded too. It was even warmer outside than it's been since I got the trailer. It was up to 48! The kids were running through the sprinkler Easter Sunday. #ad

LOL I e-mailed the "toys-4u" company and have not recieved a reply yet. My problem is that I can't fine the RE-0880 filter anywhere around here. Scott1, can I order one with the "Psychotty air" unit? I want your setup BAD!! Want more whistle! But I am not too crazy about getting it and not having a filter to put in it!! I want one of these "AIR BOMB's" and my ole buddy STRICK will too, after he hears mine! Gotta get that blue box on his truck, get our gauges in and put me a 4" from turbo to stack exhaust on. Damn this BOMB ing is addictive! #ad

(censored) is soooo addicting!!! I posted this on the 12 VALVE forum, but I will put it here as well.

I have the RE-0880 installed and recently took out my silencer ring. My EGT after pulling the silencer ring dropped 150 degrees while pulling up a hill with my horse trailer(pull this hill quite often) This is only one time thing, but I couldnt make my EGT go up above 1200 while flooring it with the silencer ring removed. I would easily go to 1300deg before.

This is not proven yet, but I plan on testing it tomorrow, or this weekend.

I THINK that the RE-0880 and loss of silencer ring has done something cool!

With the PSYCHOTTY air, the effect should be even more pronounced!!

Still waiting for mine. I ordered the filter from CarParts.com- they are having it drop-
shipped from K&N. They advised it should ship Friday.

I got my RE0880 filter yesterday and was able to give a good test drive today on the order of 660 mile trip to a funeral. I am waiting for my Psychotty with 4 1/2" hole saw in hand. With just the filter there is a better power and it seems to come on faster. My milage was also up 1 1/4 mpg with a head wind coming home. n The other neat thing is I have a better spot to mount my water bottle for my water injection system where the old A?F housing was.

Well I finally got it and isntalled it this afternoon. The install is really clean and I find that I am more comfortable with running this than just the bare filter(only because it might rub). Seems to spoole up quicker and makes accelleration even smmoother. I ahven't tried it yet, but will try to tow this weekend. Although, I cut the Psychotty logo decal for it. Looks cooler than just a black tube thingy.
