Recognise this bolt pattern

I recently picked up a 2006 2500 with a long bed and need to put a goose neck hitch in. There has been one already installed and i am hoping to use the holes already drilled in the bed. From my previous truck and most i see online the u bolt tie down chain holders are beside the ball between the fenders but there wholes on this one are behind the ball. (see pics)#ad


Other than that i have had two B&W's and liked them but i see that you can buy parts from mopar-accessories.com and they have hidden hitches also, not sure what would be the best.

I've have several trucks... all running the B&W and with this hitch you don't drill the frame...

Chrysler suggest that the frame not be drilled unless you understand the correct procedure for drilling the tube frame and spacing the tube to prevent crushing... .

So i assume the B&W just bolts above and below the frame rail?

Yes... more or less... . one of our trucks has what looks like a Jbolt that hooks into one of the existing holes in the frame... this prevents the hitch from moving forward and backwards... I use the term Jbolt, but it looks like that... the bolt used to hold the sill to a concrete foundation... once the hitch is attached you tension the Jbolt to prevent creep...

We also have the Companion Hitch. . to allow us to put a 5er on the same truck...

We've worn out a lot of the fold over hitches on our older trucks. . but we've got over 300K miles on one of our trucks towing with the B&W system... we're very pleased. .
