red backgrounds on folders

Anybody else getting a red background behind the folders and symbols and all folders showing new posts or activity?

Paul,mine's working fine. Try clicking preferences above and reset your cookies,I seem to have to do it every one in awhile.

Since we switched to this new server I have noticed something strange. Every now and then when I log-on to the boards some of the topics I have read from the previous visit are blue when I open the diff forum catagories (24 valve forum, 12 valve forum, etc). Most of the time the topics I've read stay in black writing once they have been opened. It kind of acts like when you clear the internet history or delete the temporary internet files, although I have not. I have reset my cookies, but seems to make no difference. The problem seems to be random, meaning sometimes all the topics in all the forums are reset to blue color and other times it is only certain ones (like the topics I veiwed on the last log-on, but not previous log-ons)

I'm no computer guru so I ask what causes this? Is it just one of those strange things computers do for some unknown reason?

I have seen this happen using Navigator, but not IE. For some reason, the video driver sends the wrong signals to the monitor. It is easy to fix because all you have to do is redraw the window. You should be able to do this by minimizing the browser window then restoring it. If that doesn't work, close your browser then restart it. If that doesn't work, then restart the computer, it is probably Windows after all!
