Red lift/leveling kits?

I am looking at this used 05 3500 4X4 and I noticed it has red coil spring spacers on top of the front coils and also it has red control arms.

Who made these lift kits and if anybody knows, are they any good as to quality, etc.

rancho makes it. i dont know if you can really mess up a spacer kit.
