You mean a Redline box?? I would say a comp, VA, or something that bumps the timing. Nice thing about the comp is you can set it on 1x1 since most people who have a redline have big injectors too, and driveability improves.

Not worried about the dirveability. All I am doing is pulling. Just wanted to know what the best thing to stack with a redline box for timing?

An Edge Comp or EZ will do the job. A Comp will allow in cab adjustability.

Smarty. I have run an EZ and a VA in the past, and the Smarty i just installed is everything they were and a whole lot more. I think it would be an excellent match to a fuel only box like the red line. I kind of wish i still had my TST pm3 comp to try with the smarty, i think that would have been a fun combo.

I have a VA stacked with my FMS. Bryan Jolley at Dominator Diesel runs a VA Redline stack. He prefered it over the Smarty when pulling. I personally have not stacked the Smarty with mine yet

I know i already said this, but i'll say it differently, listing my preference. When trying the timing boxes, I prefered the Edge EZ over the VA, I prefer my smarty over both. I had the EZ stacked with a TST comp, and i also stacked the VA with the TST comp. I now run my Edge comp Box stacked with the Smarty using software with no advanced timing as the comp adds it. I would try the smarty with timing with your redline.

I am runing a Edge EZ and having good luck. Did not know that much about the Smarty. How much timing should I get with the Smarty?

Edge HOT juice is the best for timing , I ran all 3 Smarty Redline and Hotjuice , and the HOT juice was best overall . Now i run the Redline with the smarty only didnt see the need for 2 timing boxes . The best thing about the smarty is the low end grunt helps with big singles but the top end isnt all that , the redline is ok but its not that great of a box IMO i just like the recall of boost and egts
