These two questions are probably very redundant, but I just purchased my first 24 valve(my old truck was a 89 12V with 4:10/automatic trans/4X4). This new truck is a bone stock, 40,000 mile 4X4, auto, 3:56 gear, long bead, and accourding ot the milage computer I am getting 15. 4 MPG. My old 98' got 16MPG with 4:10 gears. What's up with dat?? Is this normal? What is the accuracy in that MPG read out? Also I was following a thread concerning instructions for replacing injectors, but could not find the link for instructions. Can any one help? By the way I really appreciate all the info you guy's are the best. : :D

Ike,

I'd hand calculate any fuel mileage you try to figure - there is not way I'd trust the trip computer by itself. Just fill it up, reset your odometer, drive it, refill it, divide the gallons into the miles you got out of the tank.
