reese hitch

ok so i bought the reese 5th wheel hitch with slider and will be putting it in next weekend. is there any tricks or problems i will run into? should i beef up the four supports or add some more?

Here's a tip that I did. The instructions tell you to locate the rails and drill through the bed and then installe the bottom brackets. I mounted the forward brackets first, then drilled up throgh the brackets to loacte the rails. After attaching the forward rail, locating the back one is simple.



I would not recommend any modifications to the installation. It's a very good product out of the box.
