I have a 2005 QC / SB that I already have the reese rails installed in. I am wanting to add Pac-Brake or similar airbags. Will the two mounts interfere with each other?
Although I have a long bed, the rails still mount in the same location... about 1. 5" forward of the axle's centerpoint. I used the universal brackets that came with the
I run ride-rites without issue... but again, with universal brackets.
I have that kit... and what I'm saying is that if he has the clamp-on frame mounts for the rails, they may interfere. I was under the impression the rail mounts are one long bracket...
He would need to look at the mounts for the rails...
I had the Reese clamp on kit AND the Ride Rite on my 2005. The Ride Rite bags mount under/inboard of the truck frame and the Reese mounts are over/outboard of the frame
