Does anyone use the Reese heavy-duty trailer sway control?

It's the one on page 233 of the new campingworld master catalog. I just bought one and could use a tip or two to set the

tension. I do know that it is important to loosen it after arriving at the destination.

Thanks

I used to run mine as tight as I could get it (hand tight). Didn't want the trailer swaying, tail wag, any more than necessary. One time I saw the trailer coming around to meet me, brakes on trailer saved the day. It was almost at 90 degrees to the car. Lots of cross wind that day. This will also cut trailer movement (sway) from passing trucks etc. When parking or unhooking then of course loosen it up. These devices have been around a long tiem and they do work.

IMHO
