Reflash and still no help

2007. 5 4WD 2500 Quad cab w/ 6. 7



I had about 1000 miles on this new truck when the check engine warning went off. The overhead console said that the converter was 100% full. The dealer did the reflash and changed the sensor. Now after about 300 miles, the check engine warning is on again. This truck is driven primarily on the interstate - the hand figured mileage for the last tank was 18. 5 mpg. The truck runs great, no smoke and great power.



What is going on? Do you TDR guys think this is an indication problem? I will take it back to the dealer this week, but I'm not sure what he is going to do after reading all of these posts.



I'm upset after spending so much on this truck. Any help would be appreciated

I bet your having the same problem as many of us here and its with thye EGR... I have mine scheduled to have the new EGR and crossover pipe and everything on mine Monday week after this one coming.



Mine has been a problem since was new as yours and I now have over 32K. I would sure tell your dealer to check into the EGR...
