do i understand this correctly... . my truck runs like s#!t the dealer reflashes the computer and warranty doesn't cover this?

then the tach intermittently doesn't work and since they can't find anything wrong they charge me for diagnosing nothing?!

redwood city dodge is on our links page as a recommended dealer... . how do i get them off?

should i just cash in my extended warranty if it means nothing? at least i can throw on some injectors or something worth while.

Mine was reflashed at 54000 miles and no charge, I had to pay a 50. 00 deductible when the rear end was re-built but that is the only charge I have ever been asked to pay. I got the "deer in headlight look" a few times when I asked them to check something but they always followed through and no charge. bg

By law,a dealer can't do any unauthorized work to a customers vehicle. Reflashes,I believe, can be done under the emissions (70k mile) warranty. Don't take any lip from the dealer... they screwed something up,and if it were me,I'd stand right next to the guy making the phone call to 'Star' trying to figure what went wrong.
