generally you need the correct diagnostic software tools to do a forced regen..

AlfaOBD will do a Stationary De-soot on the Eco-Diesel as well as the 6.7 in the 2500/3500's!

AlfaOBD is a great tool for the tool box! It allows you to look at info and save to a log to look at and compare the info to track what's going on. Works with Android and Windows only. If you have an iPhone, just get an Android tablet to run the software with the MX+ Bluetooth dongle. The MX+ dongle allows better info with other vehicles that we have at our homes. Well worth the investment in it! You could even get a mount to hold a tablet and have gauges on display with AlfaOBD to track things.
