I have 26,500 on a daily driver and had the 1st regen notice at about 75 miles and 3 weeks ago then another today. It does the regen in about 7 or 8 miles in 5th gear at 60 mph but why 2 in 3 weeks? Do I need to take it to the dealer and have the dpf removed and cleaned? I will not remove the junk until it runs out of the 100,000 warranty or DC goes belly up and no I will not bet on which comes first:{ Thanks for the help.

Just to let you know that I just had the DPF replaced under warranty. Several codes indicated that it was plugged. Thank god for the warranty, total cost was $2700. Makes me think about not doing any kind of programmer or performance mods.

My DPF clogged at 150k, but was due to un-updated flashs. Got a used one and replaced. No problems yet at 290k... knock on wood...
