I've been searching for recent comments/suggestions on tools that can be used to run injector or cylinder balance/contribution tests on my 5.9. Applications such as Torque Pro, Dashcommand, Car Doctor, etc are mentioned along with Bluetooth adapters such as Kiwi II or III, BAFX, ELM 327, etc.

There are some Torque Pro videos on injector tests for Fords, but I am not sure what really works for Cummins. I intend to connect via my Android Smartphone, but want to make sure whatever combo I choose will work with the injectors and can do contribution tests. I have Isspro lift pump pressure, egt, boost, etc, and also have Innova hand scanner that gets rail pressure but no contribution or injector test capability.

Thoughts?

I have Torque Pro with the ELM 327 and I have not found a way to run a cylinder balance test. Doesn't mean its not possible, I just haven't figured out how.

if you have EFILive it's free, download EFI nd hook laptop to truck watch the numbers. i have mine but it scares most people as they don;t make any sense. other then that i don't know of any for android, my insight cts2 doesn't even show them on my 08 or my 04.
