I noticed my ESPAR remote control has an unused control circuit.
My old aftermarket car alarm used one remote channel to run the door locks on my old Chevy.
I've always been bummed out my Ram did not have the remote entry option(bought off a lot)
SO: Anyone know how to connect a remote receiver into the door lock circuit so it toggles the door locks in either direction??
I assume I need a relay to convert the remote receiver over to a higher current solenoid but am not sure about the open/close toggle...
Looking at the old posts, there is mention of a harness for the Dodge keyless entry. Anyone know if the circuits I need are in that harness or not? (mine is SLT with power locks, etc)
Any thoughts would help
