Remote Oil Filter Kit

A touch on the spendy side and a shameless plug for which I have nothing to gain, but I am very impressed by this kit. I would recommend it to anyone and like those in my case who are running twins.



The only downside that I read about, was the low mounting location. But after putting one on my truck, if you are worried about that you will have other problems to worry about. It sits in there pretty protected.

I have never spilled a drop of oil R & R'ing the Oil filter. I think it is easy to get to in the OEM location.

The OEM location is easy to change the filter so you are correct, with nothing in the way that is.



Are you running twins? My piping really filled up all that free space.



At any rate, it was just the ruggedness and the high quality of this kit that really impressed me. IMO a real thumbs up for anyone were thinking about moving the oil filter location.

I removed all the metal water piping on my '02 and made the oil filter even easier to get to.
