Attention: TDR Forum Junkies There is a remote starter for standerd trans. It is a COMPUSTAR Phone# 1-888-820-3690. It takes a little while to get used to it. To set it you have to have the truck running, then sift to neutral and release the clutch. Set the E-brake and turn the key off. The engine will remain running until you close the door. It is now ready to start when you need to by remote. If you open the door before you start it you will need to reset it. I have it on my 87 Nissan and it works great. On my '98. 5 auto I have a Astrostart. I like it because my truck will start up when the temps. get below 0. If the power goes out, here in Alaska, my truck won't freeze.
