Remote Starts

Hello All, I've done a search on these and there isn't a lot of info out there. A couple questions, How do these systems affect the "wait to start" function and the high idle? Will the high idle function work at all? Are there any other things I should be looking for or asking prior to installation? (It's a quality shop so that isn't a concern), I've got a DEI561r waiting to be installed. Thanks in advance, Brad

As far as the wait to start issue... . my alarm is a DEI Python 881 it ties into the WTS circuit and utilizes it just like you would with a key start. It will start only after the WTS light goes out.



I drive a 12v so I can't speak to the High idle. My high idle is a broom stick cut to fit between the power seat and skinny pedal.
