Removed guage pillar off 04' fit on 07'?

I just traded my 04 for an 07 mega cab dually. will the a pillar guages fit? my installer cut the boost line and the trans sender at the ends. Will it still work? what will i have to buy to get it to work?

I bought an '05 A pillar mount for the Edge Juice w/ Attitude and installed it in my '07 with minor trimming.
