Removing rear seat--any tips/tricks?

Putting in some soundproofing for my '95 CC. Looks simple enough, but I though I'd ask if there was anything to look out for or avoid.

It's dead simple. There are just 4 bolts that hold it in at the seat pivot point.

used 1" marine engine room sound mat from West Marine. Helped

Wrapped the exuast pipe under the cab and the 2000 RPM drone went away.

Thanks for the reassurance, o_mccarroll! Just wanted to make sure that there weren't any surprises hiding behind the seat.



Great White -- the 1" marine engine room sound mat sound like it might be a good alternative to the expensive Dynamat stuff.

Yeah,it seemed to do the job. I used 1 sheet at a cost of $50. 00,

and Scotch Super 77 Adhesive,besides the adhesive on the back of the foam.

This took a little over an hour to accomplish,very easy fix.

Now I can hear my son,when he sits in the back seat.
