Renewal Issue

I've been trying to renew my subscription for a few weeks. Anyone else have issues using that shopping cart to renew?

When I add the renew to the cart and try to log in from that page it comes up user not found.

I just tried to reset my password from that page and it can't find my email.

Now I tried the contact from that page and it has some other errors.

I know I can call them and fix it. But I'm never in a good spot during working hours to do that. Or I forget too.

I had the same situation trying to renew from the TDR site. Is the password requested the same as for logging into the TDR Forum? I am logged into the forum, and am able to log into Geno's Garage(different passwords). In the end, since I was logged into Geno's, I successfully(I think)completed my renewal there, and received a confirmation with order number.

Cool, yeah no clue never figured out how to renew except to call and I'm all tied up during the hours they are open, I can try the genos route.

Last issue said was last and got a few post cards but still have a few days I think.

Will figure it out at some point.

The www.tdr-online.com site which handles subscriptions doesn't use accounts and passwords from the forums. It's an e-commerce hosted solution TDR selected many years ago. There's a link to it, plus current subscription status link, in the sidebar column (bottom column if you're on a phone browser).

Things have changed since those early days, including the ability to roll it all into the forums software. I've been working on that, but it includes some major new custom functionality TDR will be rolling out, so it'll be a while before you see a fully integrated site. Before then, renewals will continue to be manually handled so if you pay online, it might be a few days before the status updates here on the forum.

Thanks, I just did it with out selecting the Sign In on the right side of that link, somehow I was trying to sign in, either way all set.

It went thru, they should figure it out. Phone got it as soon as I clicked the order deal.
