The lower hard line which goes from the cooler to the transmission is leaking somewhere from the rubber section of the line.

Does anyone make a repair line so I can avoid changing the whole thing?

I could cut the hard line off and find a compression fitting that fits the tube. The issue is with the other end. I think its a female quick coupler that snaps onto the cooler line.

Any ideas, or should I just suck it up and change the whole line....

I replaced them on our old 04.5 a few years ago. It really isn't that bad of a job. I would recommend just replacing them completely.

Same here, changed them couple years ago.
Its 4 lines.

Be carefull at the connection to the heat exchanger at the side of the engine - always use two spanners! Don't even think about it to just use one wrench at this connection.

This is the cooler. Check for chafing while you are there.

We are referring to the connections where the hard lines attach to the cooler. You need to hold the nut on the cooler with a back up wrench before turning the nut on the line.
If not there is the potential to stress the internals of the cooler.
